DR. BROOKE WYANT
My Journey
I suffered from migraines starting at age 7, where they were progressively getting worse. I had tried every possible remedy from essential oils, to going to a neurologist and taking daily medications. Nothing was working, and my social life and academic career were taking a huge hit. Fast forward to being an undergrad in college - one day, a friend, who was also a Palmer student, insisted that I come see her at the clinic. I had every doubt imaginable. I didn’t have back pain, so why on earth would I try that?
Well, it’s safe to say, that was the smartest decision I ever made going to the clinic. After my first couple of adjustments it was like night and day. I was getting my life back and my migraines were becoming like a distant memory. That’s when I knew that I wanted to be a chiropractor - I wanted to help those suffering from migraines and so many other ailments. I knew that Chiropractic wasn’t meant to be a last resort.
My Credentials
I'm a Marion High School graduate. I completed my bachelor’s degree at St. Ambrose University, where I majored in Exercise Science. From there, I continued on to get my doctorate in chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport.
I am certified in Webster technique for pregnancy and have advanced training in pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic. I’m also a member of the Iowa Chiropractic Society, International Chiropractic Association, and International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
About Me
Bowling is a huge part of who I am. I bowled collegiately while at St. Ambrose, and you can usually find me in a bowling center. In my free time, I bowl leagues and tournaments, and I even met my husband, Robert, through bowling.
If I’m not bowling, I’m usually with family or friends or I’m hanging out at home reading. Even though I’m a homebody, I am always down for taking a road trip or traveling out of the country.
Brooke S.
After suffering low back pain thinking I had a kidney infection and finding out I did not, I went to Dr. Brooke to help. She was able to find the issue, explain to me what was causing it, and relieve my pain. She is great at explaining and helping you understand how the spine works. I recommend Dr. Brooke to all my friends and family.

I first met Dr. Brooke several years ago through mutual friends. I had never been to a chiropractor before and admittedly wasn't convinced it was ever something I'd need. Then I had terribly pain and inflammation in my shoulder and medication wasn't helping. Desperate for relief, I scheduled with Dr. Brooke when she was part of Advantage Chiropractic. I was skeptical, but color me surprised when after just a few sessions, I was virtually pain free. As I've become older, I've noticed more frequent compaction in my neck and shoulders. When Dr. Brooke changed clinics, I only saw her a few times as I didn't want to drive 25 minutes and the office wasn't very private. I'm ecstatic Dr. Brooke has now started her own practice and it's close to where I live again! I made sure to schedule today on her opening day. Dr. Brooke is also helping me with range of motion after severely spraining my ankle many months ago. What I'm most surprised (and grateful) about is that I never feel rushed during my appointment. If I need extra work done, Dr. Brooke gives me the time. I can't say enough good things about making me feel like the patient comes first. Thank you for helping me see the benefits of chiropractic care, Dr. Brooke! I'm rooting for your future success!

Very nice, clean office! Brooke has excellent bedside manner and is very gentle with her technique. I have been struggling with migraines and generalized body pain and decided to finally seek chiropractic care. While there are a lot of options in Cedar Rapids, I am confident in my choice and I am looking forward to my chiropractic journey with Brooke.
